Thank you for visiting Gra-Kai. We understand that buying things online sometimes don't go as planned, but no worries girl, it happens!
What is the return period?
Item(s) can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The item(s) must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Note: Otherwise it cannot be returned! The item(s) won't be processed at our return department.
How can i return my order(s)?
Follow the steps below to return your order:
- Mark on the packaging slip the item you wish to return. The packaging slip was sent together with your order. If you do not have the packaging slip anymore, you can also write your order number, your name and the name of the item you wish to return on a piece of paper.
- Pack your item(s) and the packaging slip securely in a shipping bag or box.
- Send your return to our post address:

To send something back to us, you can choose how you will do this. We recommend you highly to send your order back with a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Returns send to a parcel shop will NOT be picked up by Gra-Kai. Make sure to double check the address on the package before you send it back to us.
Wich item(s) can not be returned?
Due to hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of worn and washed bottoms.
IS THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY RETURN COVERED?
We do not cover the shipping costs for your return. It is at your own expense.
How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?
After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE?
Gra-Kai gives a guarantee up to 14 days AFTER RECEIVING the product (so not 14 days of use).
We don't give guarantees to the following:
- Massive deterioration
- Ignoration of wash advice
- Water, fall or deterioration due to hitting it
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If we have received your return within the return period and it is in line with our return policy as listed above, you will receive your refund.
Your return will be processed within 3 work days after the day that we have received your return. Refunds will appear back to the original payment. You will be notified by email once your return is fully processed.
It depends on your payment method and bank, how long it takes till the refund is visible on your account AFTER we have send you an email:
- IDEAL: takes up to 2 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- Paypal: takes up to 20 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- Creditcard: takes up to 20 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- KBC/Sofort banking: takes up to 20 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- Bank transfer: takes up to 2 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
Gra-Kai reserves the right to deny a credit note if items are outside the terms of our returns policy.
